I’m an entrepreneur, consultant, and mother.

I’ve built brands, lost everything, moved to Bali with my daughter, and rebuilt from scratch.

I’m not a therapist or a life coach. I’m someone who’s been through the full demolition - grief, betrayal, financial loss, identity crisis and came out the other side with a library of what actually works.

The Life Design Studio is that library, plus me showing up in real time, sharing what I’m learning, and answering your real questions.

I also run Heal Thy Self (a wellness collection) and Starr Management (strategy and consulting). But this space is personal. This is where the real conversations happen.

Rachelle is dedicated to helping others find their way through the darkness, just as she did. She’s here to guide you toward a stronger, more empowered future.
